Lost or Undelivered Orders

Refused or Returned Packages

If an order is refused, returned to the sender, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or other customer-related issue, the order remains subject to our no-refund and no-return policy.

Product Variations

Minor differences that do not materially affect the product do not qualify for a refund or return.
